How to handle competing priorities

Do you often feel overwhelmed by the number of tasks on your plate?

Start by asking yourself a few questions: Which items are the biggest concern? Is anything more urgent or time-sensitive? Is there any low-hanging fruit, something easy to resolve? Are there any bottlenecks holding other items up?




By using these techniques and more, you can make better sense of the situation, be more in control, and feel a strong sense of accomplishment.
