Kindness in Leadership

May is Mental Health Awareness month.

I normally don't post about this stuff but an alarming number of people I know - friends, clients and students alike - are feeling incredibly challenged by life right now and it seems thanking them, being understanding, encouraging them and telling them not to lose hope is essential for their well being.

You can't lead people without being there for them in their challenging times.

So this month, whenever you have the energy, give someone the gift of understanding and encouragement.

It could mean the world to them.
